Terms of service
Updated 27 October 2026.
1. The parties
These terms govern the use of Dirigo between CodeAPIness SHPK, tax ID (NIPT) M12305008A, at Rruga "Sotir Çaçi", Njësia Bashkiake nr. 3, Tirana ("we"), and the business that uses it (the "Customer"). Dirigo is for businesses only. By creating an account or paying an invoice, the Customer accepts these terms. If the Customer has a written agreement with us, it takes precedence over these terms.
2. The service
Dirigo is a web panel and TV apps with which the Customer controls what is shown and played on the screens of its locations. We grant the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Dirigo while the subscription is paid. The software remains ours; the Customer does not receive the code.
3. The account
The Customer is responsible for the users it invites and for everything done with their accounts. It keeps passwords secret and tells us at once when it suspects unauthorised use.
4. The Customer's content
The content the Customer puts in Dirigo (images, videos, PDFs, music, announcements, texts, prices) remains the Customer's. The Customer allows us to process it only as far as needed to provide the service.
The Customer warrants that it holds all rights to this content, including the licences for the public display and public performance of music at each location. Dirigo does not supply, search for or download music: it has no music catalogue and no connection to YouTube, Spotify or download-by-link. Music comes only from the Customer's Google Drive or its USB drive.
The Customer indemnifies us against any claim, fine or cost, legal costs included, arising from its content or from missing licences for it.
5. Prohibited use
The Customer does not use Dirigo for content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others or is offensive, does not try to access other customers' data or our systems, does not decompile the software and does not resell Dirigo without a written agreement.
6. Takedown
Anyone who believes that content on a Dirigo screen infringes their rights can write to [email protected], naming the content, the location and the right infringed. We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days, notify the Customer and, where the infringement is clear, disable the content until the matter is resolved.
7. Payment
The subscription is paid per screen per month, in advance, against a fiscal invoice by bank transfer. Price and currency (lek or euro) are those of the Customer's offer or plan. When an invoice is not paid, the Customer has 7 days of grace; after that, the screens show a notice that the subscription has expired until payment. The Customer's data is not deleted because of a late payment.
8. Devices and internet
Dirigo runs on the Customer's Samsung TVs or with a Xiaomi TV Stick. If we sell or provide the stick, the offer sets the terms. We are not responsible for the Customer's TVs, power, internet or speakers.
9. Availability
We do our best to keep Dirigo running at all times but do not guarantee it without interruption. Screens keep playing the last content even without internet. Planned maintenance is done outside business hours where possible.
10. Liability
Our total liability for any damage does not exceed the amount the Customer paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damage. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
11. Term and termination
The subscription runs from month to month. Either party may end it by written notice; the end takes effect at the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account at once when the Customer seriously breaches sections 4 or 5. After closing, data is handled under the privacy policy.
12. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy and the data processing agreement, which form part of these terms.
13. Changes
We notify the Customer of changes to these terms by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If the Customer does not accept them, it may end the subscription before that date.
14. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Albanian law. Disputes not settled amicably go to the Tirana District Court (Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë).
